Who it is for

  • Marketing Marketing leaders who own the website, CRM, lead tracking or AI leasing tools, or who sit on a technology selection team.
  • Operations The core audience: operations, technology and innovation leaders at owner and operator firms.
  • Leasing Leasing leaders evaluating AI leasing assistants, self-guided tours or CRM changes.

What a marketer could get out of it

  • A side by side look at leasing, marketing and data technology could save weeks of separate vendor demos.
  • Conversations with peers who have already rolled out the tools you are weighing.
  • A sense of where operators are heading on AI, which could shape your next year's marketing plan.

Not a promise: what you get out of any conference depends on who you meet and what you bring back.

Tips

  • Check that your company is a RETTC member before you plan the trip; registration depends on it.
  • Bring a short list of the problems you want solved, not product names, and use the expo to test them.
  • The organizer expects the MGM Grand room block to sell out, so book early.
