We built this site for the people who do multifamily marketing every day: the marketers, the regional managers, the leasing teams and the people who report to owners.
Why a company would build a free resource
Because the people we want to work with are the people this site is for. We would rather earn your attention by being useful than by buying it. If the site helps you do your job better, some of you will want to talk to us. Most of you will not, and that is fine. The site stays free either way.
