MultifamilyMarketing.com is published by Swifty. Everything below is used only by Swifty. We never sell your information.

What we collect

When you subscribe: your email address. Newsletters need only that. We send a confirmation email first, and you receive nothing more until you click it.
When you download something or request the Ecosystem Check: your work email and name, and over later visits a few more details, one at a time: company, job title, how many properties you market, and your role. We never ask for something you have already told us. We email you the download link, which also confirms the address is yours.
When you visit: anonymous visit statistics from Matomo, which we run on our own server. Matomo sets no cookies and does not build a profile of you. We count page views, where visits come from (for example a search engine or a newsletter link), what people search for on the site, and a few actions such as signing up, downloading and clicking through to Swifty.
Where you first came from: your browser keeps a note of the page and campaign that first brought you here, in your browser only. If you fill in a form, that note goes with it.

Cookies

We use two small first-party cookies, set by this site only:

mfm_vid (kept for 180 days): a random ID that lets us recognize your browser after you have given us your email, so we can skip questions you already answered and start your downloads right away. It contains no personal details, and the site never shows your stored details back on the page.
mfm_consent (kept for 180 days): remembers whether you said OK or No thanks to the cookie notice.

If you are in the United States, we set mfm_vid after you give us your email unless you choose No thanks. Visitors in Europe and the UK are asked first. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control, we never set it.

How we use it

To send what you asked for, to understand what is useful on the site, and so the Swifty team can follow up about Swifty's services. Your details go into Swifty's own customer system. We do not share them with anyone outside Swifty except the service providers that run our email and hosting for us.

Your choices

Choose No thanks on the cookie notice, or use Not you? on any download form, to stop this browser being remembered.
Statistics are off automatically if your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track.
Every email has an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing from one newsletter does not unsubscribe you from the other.
