How we write and source
The rules every article on this site follows.
Our own words, always linked
The Daily Wire summarizes news from reputable trade and data sources in our own words, adds a line on why it matters to apartment marketers, and links to the original. We quote sparingly and never republish anyone's article, report, chart or table.
Research, Decoded combines many sources
Each quarterly brief draws on many public sources at once. We never build a piece around a single company's report. Every statistic states where it came from, with a link, and if two sources disagree we show both rather than picking the one that suits us.
Numbers are checked against their source
Before anything publishes, every number is compared automatically against the text of its source. If it does not match, it does not go up.
Public material only
We only use what organizations make public. We do not use paid or gated reports beyond what their publishers share openly, and we follow the terms they publish.
No implied endorsement
Citing a company's data does not mean that company endorses this site or Swifty, and we never suggest it does.
Corrections
If we get something wrong, we fix it and say so on the article. Send corrections to hello@multifamilymarketing.com.
