Apartment Life
A faith-based nonprofit that places Apartment Life Coordinators in apartment communities to connect residents with their neighbors through events and everyday care. Programs cover conventional communities, affordable housing resident services, senior living and build-to-rent neighborhoods.
Why we champion them: Retention is where rent growth is hiding this year, and residents who know their neighbors are residents who renew. Apartment Life has spent years proving that community is good for people and good for the business.
