JLL Capital Markets announced the $79 million sale of Avenue & Green, a 232 unit transit oriented luxury apartment community in Woodbridge, New Jersey, to Pantzer, which is renaming the property The Point Woodbridge. The deal is Pantzer's second major tri state acquisition this year, following its July purchase of The Point Stamford.
