AppWork, a maintenance operations platform for multifamily operators, acquired Paraspot AI, a video based inspection tool trained on thousands of multifamily, single family and student housing inspections. AppWork says it will rebuild Paraspot's technology directly into its platform later in 2026 and extend visual intelligence to due diligence, security, inventory, asset tracking and marketing.
